The Transpersonal Self – (from the Transformation series)
We are this Seeker, standing within a portal defined by the Pillars of the Physical and the Intellect, arched by the Middle Way. Beyond the portal, unity consciousness exemplifies compassionate integration of the qualities of both Pillars. The arch is broken as a sign of transcendence and the space is illuminated by the Rays of Gnosis. The Divine intervenes, showing us the masks of the ego, reminding us that our social roles are merely costumes for our raw vitality. Our persistence is a comic rhythmic cycle of falling and rising through the messiness of biological existence. However, it is through our persistent nature that we can integrate our primal instinct with spiritual aspiration. Here the successful Seeker wields the laurel scepter of victory. - Roe LiBretto
