Emotional Security

Feelings are like fish, swimming in the tank of our subconscious mind. If the tank water is too cold, fish become lethargic; if it’s too hot they can suffocate. Our feelings also respond to variations in our environment. For some people, kittens and puppies stimulate happiness, while in others it raises fear. The balance for each of us varies.
