Screwed into our physical form and focused on survival, we hand over our lovely bits of self for the nuts and bolts of the here and now. Our crazy train of thought shakes loose our body, mind, and spirit, causing us to mistake that which is immediately before us as our goal. And so, we continue to chase it round and round. Be heartened in the knowledge that the chase is not futile. It is an exercise through which we recognize what is valuable and what can be discarded on our journey..
